YES, Ken Small, Architect can get a building permit for an Architectural Construction one day after the plans are done. Yes, you read that right. Ken Small is authorized to skip the Clark County Building Department plan review and get a permit in 1 business day after the plans are completed. I review the Architectural, MEP, Structural, Civil and notify the building department that the plans cleared “plan check”.
We submit the plans then the building department does paperwork for one day and you then pull your permit. This will save the project at least two weeks and more likely a month or more.
This program will work for many architectural projects like Tenant Improvements, Ground Up Buildings, Projects with Multiple Trades or One. Ken must be the Architect, project size must be under 25,000 sq. ft. Projects requiring a grease trap (restaurants) or in a casino or large shopping mall are limited by fire protection reports.
